I get super crazy vivid dreams after I drink or take melatonin to go to bed. Is there anything I can do to make that not happen, if that’s possible. Dreams are way too vivid and intense for my liking. Took some melatonin last night cause I work nights and I have trouble sleeping but the dreams were so terrible, woke up in a cold sweat, sheets soaking wet. 10/10 not a good time. Does anyone else experience this?
