A circus like atmosphere takes hold, and the company campus becomes a tourist attraction. A blind woman can see by holding an audio to visual cable, only moderately radioactive. Great power is offered to some tourists, but in exchange they must guard the source of mystic power. The circus master/CEO falls in love with the formerly blind woman. Tries to convince her not to become a shaman, pointing to those that have died, frozen in metal, fused to the wall opposite the Arc. She, and all others, ignore him for the chance to solve diseases, etc.
